Chloe is passionate about increasing psychological awareness, particularly in adults who are open to self-exploration and want a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and their connection to the world around them.
Chloe recognises that many psychological difficulties often have their roots in early life experiences, which can lead to recurring patterns in how individuals think, feel, and relate to others. These learned patterns—though once adaptive—can become unhelpful over time and contribute to ongoing emotional and psychological struggles.
Chloe’s therapeutic approach focuses on identifying and addressing these underlying patterns, supporting people to develop healthier responses and break free from cycles of distress to create lasting, meaningful change.
Chloe’s therapeutic orientations are informed by the following evidence-based therapies:
• Schema therapy
• Emotion-focused therapy
• Acceptance and commitment therapy
• Psychodynamic approach
• Cognitive-behavioural therapy
Chloe works with adults aged 20 and above, particularly interested in working with highly motivated individual with the following areas of issues and presentation:
• Mood disorders
• Anxiety disorders
• Childhood/developmental trauma
• Grief and loss
• Workplace stress (e.g., burnout, challenging work relationships)
• Self-esteem issues
• Procrastination issues
• Interpersonal challenges/difficulties
