If you have obtained a Mental Health Care Plan from the GP, the out of pocket fee for a standard 50-minutes consultation is $107.10

Private Health Insurance

Many Private Health Insurance cover a portion of the cost of psychology sessions. Please do check with your insurance provider about the details of your cover.

Making Payments

There are no advance payments necessary for your consultations. Instead, we ask that payment for each session is made on the same day that you attend. After your session, your psychologist and the reception team at the location will be able to assist you with the processing of this payment, which can be made via credit/debit card or cash.

Our Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hour notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. We send appointment reminders per email and text messages 48 hours in advance of your appointment and endeavour to confirm your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.

NOTE: Should you not provide us with the 48 hours’ notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
